Flexible Pricing Structure |

GoConnect's $9.95* Advance Plan members are automatically allocated 100MB at the beginning of each billing period. Should a user exceed their monthly limit, excess data will be charged at a rate of $0.15 per MB. Users will not experience any difference in connection performance should they exceed this limit. |

GoConnect's ADSL packages are available now in metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. |

No Restrictions on Internet Access |
|
There are no restrictions placed on GoConnect's Internet packages. Members are able to access any website they choose, chat programs, messenger, FTP, etc. |

Email |
|
GoConnect's ADSL packages come with 5 email addresses, each with a 10MB mailbox. Members are able to access their GoConnect email account worldwide via the GoConnect website. Alternatively, members are free to install an email client on their computer such as Outlook/Outlook Express or setup automatic email forwarding. |

On-Site Installation |
|
Not so handy when it comes to computers? No problem, we'll get you up and running in no time. On-Site Installation is an optional service we are happy to provide on request.
On-Site Installation is only available in metropolitan areas during normal business hours. Prices are as follows:
- Basic installation of modem and/or central filter with less
than 2 metres of cabling: $260.50
- Basic installation of modem and/or central filter with less
than 20 metres of cabling: $359.50
- Should an installion be booked, but work cannot be done due to customer fault (e.g. you are not home): $82.50
Given your specific circumstance, the following items may be required:
- POTS Central Splitter (for 4 or more outlets): $24.00
- Alarm Panel Splitter (for back to base alarm): $24.00

Choose your own Modem |
|
GoConnect is able to provide members with their choice of either the NetComm NB3 or NB1300 Plus 4 ADSL modems. These are currently the only devices we support. However you are welcome to supply your own modem should you choose to do so.
About NetComm's NB3 My ADSL Modem Router:
- Single Ethernet/USB connection
- Best suited for general domestic use and small networks.
- Network Card not required when connected to a single machine (via USB)
- Can easily support up to two machines without setting up a network (one via USB the other via Ethernet)
- 3 year warranty (1 year out of the box, 2 free additional years when registered online at www.netcomm.com.au)
