When you first login to GoTrek EV a dialog box displaying your VoIP number will be displayed (see image below).

It is recommended that you leave this dialog box open and follow the instructions as shown.

Right click the GoTrek EV system tray icon and select "Show Play List".

The GoTrek Media Playlist will be displayed.

Click on the "GoTrek VoIP" button (shown above).

The GoTrek VoIP Setup Wizard will start (shown below). You will be asked to enter your GoTrek VoIP Number and GoTrek Password (the same password used to login to GoTrek).

Once you have entered the GoTrek VoIP number and GoTrek password, click "Next" to continue.

The next screen asks you to confirm the details that you provided on the previous page.

If the information is correct then click "Next" to continue, otherwise click "Back" and enter the correct information.

Next, the GoTrek VoIP Setup wizard will help you setup GoTrek VoIP to use the correct audio devices for VoIP functions. Refer to the picture below.

Click "Next" to continue.

Select the device to be used as a speaker during VoIP conversations.
Please note that the speaker listed below is an example and the options will vary depending on your computer, eg: handset, headset, speaker.

Click "Next" to continue.

Next you are asked to select the device to be used as a microphone during VoIP conversations. Please note that the microphone listed below is an example and the options will vary depending on what devices are attached to your computer, eg: handset, headset, microphone.

Select your microphone device to be used and then click "Next" to continue.

The GoTrek VoIP Setup wizard will now ask you to select a device, that you would like to make a ringing noise when you receive a phone call. (Refer to the picture below).

Once you have selected the appropriate device click "Next" to continue.

Confirm the settings that you selected in the above sections.

If the settings are correct then click "Finish" to close the dialog box.

Next you will be asked to re-enter your user name (VoIP phone number) and password to connect. If the correct VoIP phone number is displayed then just click "OK" to continue, otherwise enter the correct information then click "OK"

In the system tray (bottom right hand side of the screen) you should now see both the GoTrek EV and GoTrek VoIP icons.

The GoTrek VoIP function can be used by right clicking the GoTrek VoIP system tray icon and selecting the "Show GoTrek VoIP" option.

GoTrek VoIP will be displayed.

From here you can:

• Make VoIP calls
• Chat with instant messaging
• Upgrade or view your account to make off-net calls

To get back the GoTrek media playlist, right click the GoTrek EV system tray icon and select the "Show Play List" option.

You will now see the GoTrek Media Playlist (pictured below).

It may take a while for content to load especially when using GoTrek for the first time so please be patient.

From here you can:

• Play content
• Change your content preferences, eg: add or remove programs
• Subscribe to a premium channel
• Change user options
